Equipment provided

Grip socks are required — bring your own or grab a pair at the studio.

What to bring

  • Grip socks (required for Reformer)
  • A small towel for Mat & Yoga (not required)
  • Water bottle
  • An open mind — that's it

What to wear

  • Fitted, stretchy clothing
  • Avoid loose shorts on the Reformer
  • Grip socks required — no bare feet
  • Layers for before & after class

Before you arrive

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early
  • Let us know about injuries beforehand
  • Avoid a heavy meal right before class
  • Cancellations up to 12h before, free of charge
