Grip socks are required — bring your own or grab a pair at the studio.
What to bring
- Grip socks (required for Reformer)
- A small towel for Mat & Yoga (not required)
- Water bottle
- An open mind — that's it
What to wear
- Fitted, stretchy clothing
- Avoid loose shorts on the Reformer
- Grip socks required — no bare feet
- Layers for before & after class
Before you arrive
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early
- Let us know about injuries beforehand
- Avoid a heavy meal right before class
- Cancellations up to 12h before, free of charge
